Everyone was excited to get their new book today! We hope everyone enjoys reading their book over the holidays.

Yummy Shared Lunch!

Room 1 and 2 had an amazing shared lunch today. Thank you for providing all the yummy food!

Day 4 Special Activity!

We found out our day 4 special activity was 10 min of extra play at the end of the day. We only have 3 days left I wonder what todays activity will be.

Todays Gingerbread Story

Today we read "The Gingerbread Girl". We loved talking about how this version was different from yesterdays!

Christmas Creativity

Room 1 and 2 got together this afternoon to create some awesome Christmas crafts. We made pine cone Christmas trees, felt ornaments,  Christmas tree photo frames, and Christmas rocks.

Day 5 Special Activity

We have started our count down to the last day of school. Every day this week Room 2 has a surprise special activity or treat. Today we got to play a cool new game. 

Gingerbread Book Study

We will be reading different versions of the Gingerbread boy story in class this week. We started today with "The Gingerbread Boy" by Paul Galdone. We will be discussing the differences in each version.

Friday STEM Day!!!

We had a blast creating parachutes for Santa on Friday. Santa had a problem with his sleigh so Room 1 and 2 got together to create parachutes to help Santa. Some of our parachutes worked better than others. This will be our last Friday STEM day we have had such a great time with STEM this year.

Special Delivery!

Look what Chippy brought Room 2 today straight from the North Pole. I have a feeling some people will be excited today!

We love playing partner board games in Maths. Today we practiced our addition facts.
